Read the order, not merely its title
Review the effective date, outstanding directions, and obligations excluded by law. Not every demand received after discharge is valid, but neither is every debt automatically eliminated.
Check enforcement files and restrictions
After discharge, review the status of enforcement files, attachments, and restrictions. If a record has not been updated, apply to the appropriate body with the order and required documents.
Creditor demands after discharge
Compare each demand with the order, the date the debt arose, and the nature of the obligation. Do not pay automatically merely because a demand was sent, but do not ignore it. A proper response prevents a new dispute from accumulating.
New financial conduct
A current budget, monitoring obligations, and avoiding credit inconsistent with income are part of rehabilitation. The purpose is not only to end old debts, but to create a foundation that reduces the risk of renewed financial distress.
Concluding point
A discharge concludes a legal chapter; updated records and a new payment routine turn it into practical rehabilitation.
