2. Information that may be collected
When a person contacts the firm by telephone, email, or WhatsApp, the person may provide identifying and contact information, the substance of the inquiry, and documents the person chooses to transmit. Technical information used to operate and secure the website and measure its use may also be logged, including the IP address, visit time and landing page, referring site, campaign parameters, device type, operating system and browser, screen resolution, browser language, time zone, network provider, and approximate geographic location derived from the IP address.
3. Purposes of use
Information may be used to respond to inquiries, conduct a preliminary assessment of whether legal services may be offered, schedule calls or meetings, provide legal services under an appropriate engagement, operate and secure the website, receive a limited operational notice of a new visit, prevent misuse, and comply with legal obligations.
4. Voluntary submission
Submitting information through the contact channels is voluntary unless otherwise stated in a particular circumstance. Without basic contact details, the firm may be unable to respond. Sensitive information or documents need not be sent as part of an initial inquiry.
5. Service providers and transfers
Information may be shared as necessary with providers supporting hosting, security, communications, and website operations; professional advisers subject to confidentiality; or a competent authority when disclosure is required or authorized by law. The firm does not sell personal information. WhatsApp, email, Google Analytics, Telegram, and hosting providers may process information outside Israel under their respective terms and applicable law.
6. Cookies and analytics
Google Analytics 4 is activated only after express consent. It measures page views, referral sources, and interactions such as clicks on telephone, WhatsApp, email, maps, or the contact page. Advertising signals and ad personalization are disabled in the website configuration. A visitor may decline analytics and change that choice later through the Privacy Settings control.
7. New-visit notification
At the beginning of a visit, the firm may receive an operational Telegram notification containing the visit time, landing page, referring site and campaign parameters, IP address, network provider, device type, operating system and browser, screen resolution, browser language, time zone, and approximate geographic location. Available browser, network, and infrastructure signals may be used to classify a request as an automated search or AI crawler, or as traffic not identified as automated. This technical classification is probabilistic. Location is derived from the IP address and is not precise GPS location. The notification does not itself include the visitor’s name, telephone number, email address, or the contents of a legal inquiry. A temporary session marker prevents duplicate notifications during the same visit, and a local browser marker may be used to indicate whether a return visit was detected from that browser. Telegram may process or retain the notification under its terms of service and the applicable account settings.
8. Retention, security, and rights
Information is retained as reasonably necessary for its stated purposes, relationship management, protection of legal rights, and compliance with applicable obligations. Reasonable safeguards are used, although no system is entirely secure. Subject to Israeli law, a person may request access to personal information held about that person and correction of information that is inaccurate, incomplete, unclear, or outdated.
9. Professional confidentiality and changes
Sending information through the website does not itself establish an attorney-client relationship. Such a relationship arises only after a conflicts review, acceptance of the matter, and the firm’s express agreement. This policy may be updated to reflect changes in law, services, or website operations.
